Considering the limited funds in the provision of ADM SLMs,
the following shall be considered:

For Kinder – Grade 3


• Each Learner must be given a copy
• Learner may write the activity sheets in the modules
provided that ratio of module to learner is 1:1
• Learner can also be given textbooks, LMs for references,
remediation, enhancement
STRATEGY 2
For Grades 4 to 12
Considering the limited funds, learners may be given SLMs,
Textbooks, Learning Activity Sheets and other Learners
Materials with the following considerations:

• Independent Learners – textbooks, LAS, LMs


• Learners with difficulty – preferably SLMs and LAS &
textbooks
IMPORTANTAll schools are required to make:
1. Inventory of existing textbooks, LMs and SIMs
Grade Level Learning Area MELC for Q1 Title of the Book / Pages can be found

2. Textbook/LMs/SIMs Guide (This should attached to the issued Textbook/LMs/SIMs)

For scheduling/clustering of learning areas for class program the following shall be
considered
1. For Kinder – Grade 3: Time allotment per Learning Area must be properly
distributed within the day following the required No. of Minutes against MELC. It can
also be used by weekly basis.

2. For Grades 4 – 12. Clustering/grouping of subjects to be taught in a week is allowed


with the following conditions:

REMINDERS
1. Since DWDY has a provincewide coverage, schools that chose
Modular Distance Learning are encouraged to blend MDL with
Radio-Based Instruction to supplement SLMs/LASs, particularly for
Key Stage 1.
2. Scheduling of subjects should be synchronized with the radio
programming in DWDY

Schools in Cordon and San Mariano shall synchronize


their Class Program to the agreed schedules in their
respective radio stations
ANNOUNCEMENT
All RBI and ETV lessons shall be uploaded in the
Division LMS, and schools can download them to
supplement the SLMs and LASs
The audio lessons will also be aired at One Cordon 106
FM in Cordon and Salaknib Radio in San Mariano while
the video lessons will be viewed via Sadiri Cable in Luna
and RBC9 in Tumauini.
ANNOUNCEMENT
PSDSs & Secondary School Heads shall recommend to the SDO
Senior High School teacher-broadcasters for ETV. Just
submit their names and contact details to the concerned EPS.

IMPORTANT: Those who are already part of the Core Team


and Sub-Teams of Radyo Eskwela ARE NOT ALREADY
ELIGIBLE to join the ETV considering the bulk of production
of radio episodes to be aired in DWDY
ANNOUNCEMENT
For other grade levels and learning areas, the division thru the
LRMS shall harvest locally-developed video lessons on or before
September 17, 2020 for quality assurance.

A Webinar on Instructional Delivery via ETV is scheduled


on September 7-11, 2020 to capacitate teachers on the
production of ETV materials
