What is the Purpose ?

• To communicate who is the owner for each proses for the
products completion, using visible sign without having to seek
information from previous process owner.

• To increase a sense of responsibility from each department

related to a process required for the completion of a product .

• To display the number of outstanding processes that will be

carried out in the completion of a product.

Where it can be implemented ?

The implementation of this flagging system can be

done:

• Between department to department.

• Between proses to proses within same department.

HOW THE PROCESS FLOW IMPLEMENTED?

• Production will stick the NDE sign flag on individual parts, as a
PRODUCTION information that further activity need to be completed by NDE team

• After NDE activity completed the NDE personnel will stick the Production flag
individual parts , as a information that further activity need to be completed
NDT by Production team

• Production will stick the NDE or QC sign flag on individual parts, as a

• After NDE or QC activity completed the QC/NDE personnel will stick
