Step 1

- Stick together 4 rulers of 30cm (1 set) and another 2 rulers of 30cm (1 set)
with UHU superglue.

- Use the rubber band to tighten the rulers and leave overnight to ensure
completely bonding.

Step 2
- Cut the ruler plate according to the desired dimension.

- There are total of 3 plate have been cut, which are 2 side plate from the set of
4 rulers, and 1 bottom plate from the set of 2 rulers.

Step 3
- Smooth the edge of the cutting side of the plate by using smoothing hand

tool.

Step 4
- Join the 3 cutting plate together into U-shape by using hot glue gun. At
the bottom of the door stopper, there are 2 steel jointer used to support the
structure of the stopper. Other than that, at the side of stopper, there is a
thin wall made of 1 ruler used to support the body from bending.

- Leave the door stopper to be coolen after joining with hot glue gun.

Step 5
- Drill the holes for fitting the chopstick and the screw by using vertical milling
machine.

- Furthermore, the dimension of the hole is drilled and measured until it fit the
chopstick and the M5 screw.

Step 6
- Stick the chopstick and the M5 nut to the selected hole using hot glue gun.

- Stick a round flit-glider at the end of the chopstick, which act as a shock
absorber.
