How to choose Dante Housing

 Back ground
There are two Housing supplier LM and YMX for Dante.
For SKD mode: IN_PLT/ID_PLT/AR_PLT:YMX;
For CKD mode:BR_PLT: YMX for Gary,LM for Gold.
For other sales models(Com except IN_PLT/ID_PLT/AR_PLT/BR_PLT): LM and YMX

Below housing match information focus on “other sales models(Com except IN_PLT/ID_PLT/AR_PLT/BR_PLT)”:

There are two Housing supplier LM and YMX for Dante. Housing from two suppliers(LM&YMX) cannot match with each
other. We prepared both LM and YMX Housing for service at the beginning.

According to the latest housing match test result.FRU factory will only provide Battery Cover produced by LM Original
mould, Front Housing(a part of TP LCM),Rear Cover and Sub Board Cover produced by YMX Original mould
From 2017/1/20.

So, there may be 3 kinds of Housing in your hand.

Some parts were deleted in SBOM but you still can use them according to this guide until inventory is
consumed.

Battery Cover Same part number , only can be distinguished by mould mark.

Gray: PN: 5S58C07660/ 5S58C07428, Gray: PN: 5S58C07657/ 5S58C07426,

Gold: PN: 5S58C07659/ 5S58C07429
Stop providing parts for service. Stock can continue to
be used until inventory is consumed with YMX housing.
Only can be used when YMX Battery Cover needs to be
replaced.

LM Battery Cover produced by original mould can
replace both YMX and LM Battery Cover.

be used until inventory is consumed with YMX housing.
Only can be used when LM Battery Cover needs to be
replaced.
