PROBLEM STATEMENT
Now a days many people are still jobless even after a good degree, they don't have
a proper way to search or apply for jobs. The one hiring or the one applying both
don't have proper resource to search for the best one according to their demand.

IDEA
Viewing available jobs or applying for the job in the portal can be done for
which job seekers have to go to the app and check the available jobs in the
portal.
Job seekers can check the list of jobs available to apply the job. Then the
portal will show the available jobs for the job seeker for his qualifications
and then updates the jobs database.

• We want to create a product which will help the unemployed class of Indian society.
• We want to increase the employment in our country by creating and finding suitable jobs
for them according to their education qualification.

PURPOSE
The purpose of designing online job portal is to give job seekers a platform for finding
right and satisfactory job according to their qualification. It also connects the job
sectors with the major organizations.

MODULE DESCRITION
1). Applicant registration
The applicant can register into the site by providing his details and he can set his username and password for logging
in later.
2) Company registration:
The authority of the company can register into the site by providing its details and they can set its username and
password for logging in. They can also specify their requirements for each vacancy.
5). Message :
Software selects the apt ones from the registered applicants for each post and informs them by a mobile alert. The 8
message includes interview details.

There are no middle persons involved. The work flow is not hampered as such.

• Technical Feasibility – technological feasibility is carried out to determine whether the company
has the capability , in terms of software, hardware, personnel and expertise, to handle the
competition of the project.
• Economic Feasibility – Economic analysis is the most frequently used method for evaluating the
effectiveness of a new system. More commonly known as cost/benefit analysis, the procedure is to
determine the benefits and savings that are expected from a candidate system and compare them
with the costs. It benefits outweigh costs, then the decision is made to design and implement the
system.

• Our product is time efficient, cost efficient and quality efficient
which makes it stand different in the market. It is quite different
from a lot of products out there.

EXISTING SYSTEM
The existing system is a manual system of limitations like accuracy, expense, low speed and
efficiency and unformatted outputs. In the existing system, all data processing is done manually. All
the files and record books are replaced by the software system. When there are a lot of issues such as
retrieval and storage of the information and keeping track of them becomes a tedious task. By
implementing a computerized system, the limitation in the present system will be reduced.
Manpower can be reduced to a great extent and efficiency and accuracy can be increased to
manifold. More over consumption a time can be reduced to far greater extend by the implementation
of the proposed system.

PROPOSED SYSTEM
In the proposed system we propose to computerize the above-mentioned activities. In the
existing system, all data processing is done manually. When there are a lot of issues such as
