Issues that needs to be Improve:
Prior to checking and inspecting the factory and the goods. Below are the
Issues that I’ve found out that needs a lot of improvement and must be
close monitor.

SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

• It is important to make a proper report regarding all the

inspection to be able to assess the issues right away to
provide a solution and prevent it from happening again.
• Regularly conduct an inspection to monitor the
effectiveness and results of the discussed corrective
actions.
• After checking the items, call a meeting to discuss the
problem and the things that needs improvement.

• The factory should assign own QC to check before packing before the
QC
- Factory QC must double check the details and content of the item before it
proceeds to packing. Qc should make sure that the item is complete, does not
have damages and does not have unnecessary objects (ex. Cigarette butt,
candy wrapper or food waste) to avoid problems upon checking the packed
item.
• Make sure that all items are the same with sample
- Train workers to follow the instructions and the given standards. Items must
be the same with sample in terms of shape, color and measurements (ex.
weight, height & width) as well as its chemical content should be accurate.
The factory must strictly follow the instructions and requirements.
• Printing Process
- Always check the details (ex. contents , sizes & measurements of the
label) before printing to avoid errors and reprinting again.
