 The president who must be a director shall be the
executive officer of the Chapter: he shall preside at all
DUTIES OF meetings of the Board of Directors and of the members; he
THE shall implement all the resolutions of the members and the
Board of Directors and carry out the aims and objectives of
PRESIDENT the Chapter; he shall sign all checks with the Treasurer and
approve all disbursements of the funds of the Chapter and
shall exercise such other functions and responsibilities as are
in accordance with this By-Laws.
