house to house distribution, house location of learners (far),
weather condition, transportation expenses cannot be sustained
by the school
Effect?
• domino effect of distribution and submission
• budget competencies will not be covered
(5 minutes)
Grade 4 pupils of AAMIS scored poorly in
the NAT with an MPS of only 35%.
