Servo Motor
Servo motor is actuator that allows precise control of
motion with great torque.
Servo motor adjust the air gate valve from 0-90 degree in 5 sec.
1. Blue lever : Set's the position of air gate valve while the burner shut
down position.(5%)
2. Orange lever : Set's the position of air gate valve during 1st stage
position.(15%)
3. Black Lever: When black limit switch operate 2nd stage sov will open.
(30%)
4. Red Lever : Set's the position of air gate valve during 2st stage
position.(45%)

Permissions for to Run Burner

1. Dearator /Expansion Tank Level more then Level switch

position( Approx. 20%).
2. TF Pump Should be running (Inlet and outlet pressure is
more then 1.5bar)
3. Inlet Temperature is more it's set point.
4. Outlet temperature is more then it's set point
5. Flue gas temperature is more then it's set point
