Grading
 Ifthe buyer requires different sizes than they are
graded according to requirement as S, M,
L,XL,XXL.

Marker Making

 Itis a thin paper which contains all the


components for different sizes for different sizes
for a particular style of garments.
 It
is done by both computerized and manual
methods.
Spreading
 Inthis process fabric is spread on the table
properly for cutting.
 This
process is done by both computerized and
manual method.
Cutting
 Inthis process the fabric is cutted according to
marker dimensions.
 This
process id done by both computerized and
manual methods.
Sorting

 In this process the fabric is sort out according to


size and for each size make in individual bundles.
 This process is also known as Bundling.
 This process is done only manually.
Sewing

 To assemble a full garments.


 This process is done only manually.
Pressing/Finishing
 After sewing the garment is processed with steam
ironing and some extra process such as finishing
which are done for some extra lose cutting
thread.
 This process is done manually.
Inspection

 In this process the manufactured garment is


inspected thoroughly and after that approved as
inspected.
 This process is done manually.
Packing

 Inthis process the manufactured garment is


packed in Polyethylene bag.
 After this process all bags are packed in cartoons.
 This process is done manually.
Despatching

 When the garment is packed then it is ready to


leave the manufacturing unit this is known as
dispatching.
 This process is also done manually.
