I. Educate customer regarding Tyre Pressure.
II. Pre inform to customer about their expected bill of service
or R/R.
III. Educate customer regarding present & future service
details.
IV. Inform customer regarding benefits of ASC instead of
local garage.
V. Educate customer extended warranty benefits.
VI. Customer meet on weekly basis for vehicle periodic
maintenance .
Process
I. Checked whole vehicle during service &
R/R.
II. Pre and Post road test during service and
R/R.
III. Rotate all wheel to each other at every 10k.
IV. Checked wheel alignment at every 10k
V. We educate to customer regarding their
vehicle future work on time of service and
also remind the same.
System
I. Every service done in supervision of SA,
Floor In charge and Final inspection team.
II. Arranged no. of customer awareness
program regarding vehicle.
III. Suggest to the customer by maintenance tips
with final inspection team.
IV. Give the technical answer asked by the
customer with satisfaction.
