Child sits up in bed lamenting
Anxiety and nightly delirium
Irritable mood precedes headache,
which is < by mental and bodily
exercise. 
 HEAD

1. Tired feeling.
2. Head feels too full.
3. Great anxiety. Irritability.
4. Vertigo; worse looking up.
5. frontal and occipital darting pain
running up into head.
Intense photophobia and orbicular spasm
gushing hot tears.
Flickering with pain and lacrimation.

EYES
MOUTH
 Tongue thickly furred; yellow slimy
coating.
 Bitter taste .
 No appetite
NOSE
Nose stopped up with purulent and
bloody substance. 
Corners of nose excoriated. 
STOMACH
 Alternation of hyperacidity and decrease acid.
 Thirst for water, yet it disturbs.
 Anorexia.
 Egg produce diarrhoea.
HEART
Palpitation. sensation as heart is stopped.(dig,gels)
Suffocative attacks. Occurs in periodical paroxysms.
Must have open air.
Angina pectoris, with dropsical symptoms, venous
hyperemia and cyanosis.
Pulse small, very frequent
• Short of breath on ascending; cardiac dyspnoea;
circulatory weakness after acute infections; early
myocardial degenerations.
SLEEP
 Sleeplessness due to nervous cause.

potency].
Awakes from sleep exhausted and bathed in sweat
after an attack of dyspnoea.
EXTREMITIES

 Weak limbs.
 Coldness of hand and feet, knees and limb.
 Tearing pains.
FEVER

• Continuous with weakness.

• System depleted
 Chill always in forenoon, not at a regular hour,
however ;
 sometimes once every day, again every other day ;
sometimes paroxysms would close with perspiration,
sometimes without ;
 before the attack headache, yawning and stretching. 
  Intermittent fever.
