Introduction

• In India approximate 21 crore people's use motorbikes.


• Only 40 % people use helmet, Which means 8 crore to 10 crore peoples still not wear helmets.
• Not wearing helmets resulted in deaths of 44,666 (30,148 drivers and 14,518 pillions) or 29.82% of total road
accident fatalities during 2019, according to the ministry data.
• Correct helmet use can lead to a 42% reduction in the risk of fatal injuries and a 69% reduction in the risk of
head injuries according to the WHO.

• Solve problem of parking of helmet.
Proposed solution

• Proposed product uses hinges which will act as Pivot for folding the
helmet side shell and back shell.
• This will make helmet compact in size.

• It will take less space.
• Because of above mentioned reason more people will be wiling
to use the helmet.
• Probability of getting severely injured will get reduced and rate
of decease decreases in accident.
