therefore be used by anyone completely free of charge.
PHPMailer:

PHPMailer is a software library for sending e-mails in PHP. Indeed, sending an email in native
code requires a high level of knowledge of SMTP standards, email format, and spam injection
vulnerabilities.
Bootstrap:

Bootstrap is a framework developed by the Twitter social network team.

Offered in open source (under MIT license), this framework using languages
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript provide tools for developers to build a site easily.
