ANNOTATION This student has got a good grades in first quarter but due to her pregnancy
... she cannot comply anymore and after giving birth and had some rest she
chatted me that she wants to comply and submit her missing outputs. So, I
gave her this intervention so that she can comply as soon as possible and
follow the current activities in 2nd quarter. Communication is the key with the
students and parents to help the learners. < >

his studies, so I gave him a long time to submit and small modules and
performance tasks to submit for him to comply. At the end of the quarter, he
passed all the modules and performance tasks and passed the quarter in all his
subjects. I always monitored him and ask about his accomplishments. < >

ARTIFACT 8 ANNOTATION Since I noticed that most of the students are no longer able to cope and have lost
... interest in studying the Pananaliksik subject. I created a Quest Game in which
students can answer questions and study their lessons while playing. They can
choose which characters to play and which missions to complete first. I'm
pleased that this student has mastered the lessons as a result of her game
answers. < >

ANNOTATION To ensure that my students grasp and comprehend all of our lessons, I always incorporate games into
my teaching process, as shown in the images above. I used game shows such as fact and bluff, a
... blooket when we quizzed, a Quest Game when we wanted to play while learning, and many other things.
Above the photos, there is also a thank you message from one of my students who is juggling his life
and his education, which is why I have always accepted his late outputs or interventions because he is
working to support his family. I adore this type of student who works tirelessly to achieve his goals, so
why not show him some compassion?

ANNOTATION One of the interventions I proposed and tried with my grade 11 students while teaching the Pagbasa at
Pagsusuri ng Iba't ibang Teksto tungo sa Pananaliksik is featured in this image. Because research has a
negative connotation, I used this game to get them excited about learning about the Filipino research
... subject. I simplified all of the lessons and created an analogy so that they could understand Pananaliksik
and contextualized it so that they could relate. In my study, it was effective; it increased their scores when
compared to when we did not use the Quest Game. It assists them in better understanding the concepts
of writing a research paper in Pilipino. They can also have discussions with their classmates when they
are unsure what to do.

games and interactive methods of answering and reporting. I contextualized my
lessons so that my students could relate and freely share. Most importantly, my
goals are aligned with those of MELCs. < >

... ANNOTATION The WHLP assists teachers in keeping track of the appropriate learning process for students. Because it
is based on the Most Essential Learning Competencies, or MELCs, it is more concise. In order to teach
my students, I use a variety of learning instructional materials such as video lessons, PowerPoint
presentations, interactive games, and quest games. Because of the games, it allows them to fully
comprehend the topics while also having fun. Every meeting, we also have "Kumustahan" before we
move on to the next lesson to ensure that they are prepared and excited to learn. < >

also beneficial to maintain open lines of communication with them. In organizing my assessment tools,
I uploaded it to our Google Classroom in addition to sending the soft copy to our group chats and
Facebook groups. I also used Google Forms to provide easy checking and feedback to online students.
In designing and selection, to make the lesson more interactive, I used PowerPoints, Canva, and Google

I am well-prepared for the upcoming school year. I was nervous at first, but I overcame it
thanks to what I learned at these seminars. I also learned how to teach an online class and

ARTIFACT NAME REFLECTIVE SUMMARY

PPST STRAND 7.4. Professional reflection and learning to improve practice

ARTIFACT
1 Given our country's current situation as a result of the pandemic, and our
educational system's efforts to provide alternative ways for learners to access
ARTIFACT 2 quality education, this course engaged me in becoming more knowledgeable
and skilled in terms of implementing the most appropriate learning delivery
ARTIFACT 3
modality in their respective areas. This also motivated me to better understand
our students' needs and the most effective ways to provide instructional
ARTIFACT 4
support while keeping their health and welfare in mind. It may be difficult to
document everything we have done because it has slipped our minds to
ARTIFACT 5 capture everything we do. I am pleased with all of the knowledge and skills I
have acquired, particularly the significant improvements in my students. This
ARTIFACT 6
module is not the end, but rather the beginning of a new era in education, and
ARTIFACT 7
I will never be tired of learning something for the benefit of my students. I will
ensure that my students advance to the next level with all of the necessary
ARTIFACT 8 skills.
ANNOTATION Based on my reflection, it only demonstrates that I had a meaningful
... experience while implementing LDM2. It also demonstrates my commitment
to improving my teaching skills and identifying my strengths and
weaknesses in order to provide my students with the quality education they
deserved.

ARTIFACT 7

ANNOTATION I have done everything I believe I am capable of doing to monitor and evaluate my lerarner's progress and
ARTIFACT 8 achievements. To keep track of my students, I send out regular attendance reports to their parents. I also
... keep them informed as soon as possible when their child has a failing subject and provide
solutions/interventions. I also personally chat with or call inactive students and parents to find out why. In
addition, in our homeroom, I have established a buddy system so that each of my students has a partner to
whom they can turn when they are absent or unsure what to do. We also have Google Meet sessions by
group where we ask them about their problems and progress on their outputs.

ANNOTATION When I check their work, I usually leave a private message in Google Classroom. If their work is
ARTIFACT 8 excellent, I will praise them and give them good grades, but if there are any flaws, I will make
... comments to help them learn better. I'll point out their errors and what they'll do to fix them. I am
also strict about plagiarism, so if I catch them doing it, I personally message them through
messenger to ensure that they do not do it again. I also notify parents if I notice their child is
inactive or distracted, which may be the cause of poor grades or failure to submit work.

disseminated using Group chats and Facebook groups. It also allows us to address issues
and problems and brainstorm potential solutions, particularly if they are of concern to our
students. Before we begin the meeting, we also have kumustahan via gc or Google Meet.
