EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR DEVELOPMENT OF GMADA

FIVE STAR HOTEL & INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTRE


PIDB IN CITY CENTER , SECTOR 62, MOHALI CITY.
UNDER PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (PPP) MODEL ON DESIGN – BUILD – OPERATE – TRANSFER (D.B.O.T.) BASIS

Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) intends to develop a Five Star Hotel cum International
Convention Centre on Public Private Partnership (PPP) through Punjab Infrastructure Development Board (PIDB) . PIDB PROPOSED SITE FOR FIVE STAR HOTEL AND INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTER
invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from International Five Star Hotel Chains or entities having collaboration with
International Five Star Hotel Chain . The Land shall be provided on Long Term Lease Basis. IL&FS Infrastructure
Development Corporation (IL&FS IDC) is the project development advisor to Government of Punjab. TO

B. High Net worth Criteria:
