REVISED DIVISION POLICY GUIDELINES ON THE

SCHOOL GOVERNANCE AND OPERATIONS DIVISION
(SGOD) INNOVATION, INCOME-GENERATING
PROJECT, COMMUNITY SERVICE AND CONTINUING
PROJECTS
1. In line with Republic Act (RA) No. 11032 otherwise known as the “Ease
of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of
2018,” this Office, through the School Governance and Operations
Division (SGOD), issues the Revised Division Policy Guidelines on the
SDOG-related Innovation. Income-Generating Project, Community
Service and Continuing Projects, effective April 1, 2021, to wit:

A) ENCLOSURE 1 General Format

B) ENCLOSURE 2 SGOD Innovation
C) ENCLOSURE 3 Income-generating Project
D) ENCLOSURE 4 Community Service
E) ENCLOSURE 5 Continuing Project
2. A Certificate of Completion shall be issued after evaluation of the
accomplished project.

3. Likewise, successful projects implement for three (3) consecutive years

may be converted into a continuing project, upon validation of its overall
social impact, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
