 The Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival with Star is India's premiere film festival. It
showcases the latest cutting-edge, independent cinema and art house fare alongside genre
movies from Bollywood, Hollywood and cult international movies.
 HALF TICKET
Half Ticket is a section that was started because
we felt cinema was a big avenue to expand the
horizon of a child’s world. The section provides
children with a plethora of films that reflect
different cultures, countries, and languages,
dealing with contemporary issues from the
perspective of children and their lives. The
selection of films are handpicked by our curator
Samina Mishra who is a documentary filmmaker,
writer and teacher.
To make for an enriching experience, there are
also post screening discussions where the curator
and facilitators take the children through the
various aspects of the film and discuss the themes
in detail, helping the kids in channeling their
opinions and views.
