What Is Employee Burnout?
Employee become exhausted both physically and mentally.
A psychological process happens due to prolonged period of stress or
excessive work hours.
Signs:
Feeling of emptiness
Frustration
Exhaustion

Symptoms:
Getting irritated quickly
Cynicism(hopelessness)
Depression
Sickness
Mistakes related to tasks assigned.
Reasons Behind Employee Burnout
1.The pressure at work: I need some space

•Bias, favoritism, mistreatment. unfair trade practices

•Clearer goals and objectives
•Work off in between
•Resort to music – boost their confidence
•Adequate training
•Mental health programs
