On both my dad’s and mum’s side I’m nearly 90% from the United
Kingdom (and Ireland). It has such a wide range of food which we
have seen influenced in our Australian cuisine . With the love of
potatoes of all of the United Kingdom, potatoes are always
incorporated into most mains dishes. The most common meal to
have in the united kingdom is roast dinner that normally is a
Sunday lunch or dinner essential. Even some Pubs in the UK have
a special menu on Sundays due the commonly eating of Roasts.
