 INTRODUCTION

 ‘The automatic air suspension system is an air-operated,

controlled suspension system.

This system replaces the conventional coil spring suspension and provides automatic front and rear load leveling.
The air bags, made of rubber and plastic, support the vehicle load at the front
and rear wheels’
 ROLE OF AIR SUSPENSION
SYSTEM

 The main role of air suspension system are as follows:

 A . It supports the weight of vehicle.

 B . Provides smoother ride for the driver and passengers i.e. acts as cushion .
 C . Protects your vehicle from damage and wear.

 D . It also plays a critical role in maintaining self driving conditions.

 E . It also keeps the wheels pressed firmly to the ground for traction
PRINCIPLE OF AIR SUSPENSION

Air springs are used in air suspension systems. The installation and
configuration of air suspension systems varies for different makes and
models but the underlying principle remains the same. The metal spring
(coil or leaf) is removed, and an airbag also referred to as an air spring, is
inserted or fabricated to fit in the place of the factory spring. When air
pressure is supplied to the airbag, the suspension can be adjusted either up
or down (lifted or lowered).

Types of suspension
Semi air suspension
 The name 'semi air suspension' says
it all: this type of suspension supports
the existing suspension on the
vehicle. Semi air suspension is often
used on vehicles that regularly carry
heavy loads.
Full air suspension
 Full air suspension is a fully automatic
(adjustable) solution for suspension
problems. The conventional suspension
system is completely replaced by a full
air suspension system that filters out
unevenness in the road surface, thereby
increasing ride comfort. Our full air
suspension also reduces crosswind
sensitivity, helping to make your vehicle
safer.

CONCLUSION

 From the whole discussion in suspension system, I observe that suspension

system is like a white blood cell. As white blood cell provides energy to body
to fight against diseases or viruses which try to destroy or try to decrease our
life , in similar way SUSPANSION SYSTEM provides the energy to a
vehicle to protect itself from damaging, increasing life of the vehicle ,
increase the handling , increase the comfort of passengers and many more .
 So, The Scope Of The Suspension System is Too Bright.
