SYSTEMS (WALL)
Grouping work by:
Introduction
 Dry Construction provides an overview of the most
widely used dry construction systems, organized
according to the building components wall,
ceiling, and floor and their applications.
 Dry construction in interior design employs "dry
construction systems" in place of moisture-
retaining materials such as concrete and plaster.
 Not only is this construction method cost-
effective, since the full range of physical
requirements, including thermal, cold, and sound
insulation, fire safety, etc., can be satisfied
Type & thickness of the materials
1) Cement board (9mm)
2) Plywood (9mm)
3) Noggin (42mm)
4) Container wall (2mm)
5) Façade holder (45mm)
6) Loose fibre (insulation)
7) Insect screening
Advantages drywall
 Easy installation
 Great sound installation
 Clean construction
 Strong & secure
 Fire rated wall
 Energy efficient
Describe step-by-step
process dry construction of STU1 wall structure

1) MEASURE THE TOTAL AREA OF THE WALL.

2) INSTALL NOGGIN AS A FRAMEWORK.
3) BLOWING INSULATION WITH THE LOOSE
FIBRE BY USING THE METHOD (FIBRES WIPED
AND SEALED WITH SPECIAL GLUE)
4) AFTER INSULATION WORK FINISH ,
PLYWOOD INSTALLATION WORK IS CARRIED
OUT TO COVER INSULATION
5) APPLY AIRTIGHT JOINTING TAPE TO SEAL
THE PLYWOOD JOINTING
6) NEXT STEP FOR INTERNAL WALL,
APPLYING CEMENT BOARD TO MAKE IT
MORE SECURE AND MAKE THE WALL
BECOME STRONG
7) LASTLY, INSTALLATION FLOOR FINISHES.
EXTERNAL WALL
1) INSTALLATION FAÇADE HOLDER AS A
FRAMEWORK EXTERNAL WALL.
2) APPLYING CEMENT BOARD AS A
EXTERNAL WALL.
Conclusion
 AFTER INSTALLATION EXTERNAL AND
INTERNAL WALL INSECT SCREENING IS
INSTALLED FOR BETTER AIRFLOW SINCE
WE USING CONTENAWALL AND
AVOIDING THE INSECT
