 United nations is an international organization that aims to maintain
peace and security,develop friendly relations among nations.

MISSION
To help people build better lives and countries achieve
peace and sustainable development .
 The biggest failure of United Nations
1. Kashmir issue (1948-Now)
• Over 100,000 have died in their struggle for self-

determination but yet no right of self determination

Provided to kashmiris.

2. Israel –Palestine conflict (1948-Now)

• Since the creation of the jewish stated in 1948,

Palestinians have been fighting against israels .

• More then 7000 Palestinians & 1100 Israelis have died in

the conflict between 2000 &2014.

3. Syrian civil war (2011-Now)

• Cover 400,000 of whom have been
killed,over 5million of whom are refugees,
and around 6.3 millio of whom
are internally displaced.

4.Rwandan war(1994)
• In Rwandan genocide in 1994, 800,000 people killed just in 100
days .
 5.Terrorism
• With 9\11 terrorism attracks UN finally took action, unfortunately this applied only to AL Qaeda and Tailban ,but not
effected to Hamas ,Mossad ISIS etc.
• UN still does not have clear definition of terrorism, and they have no plans to pursue one.
6.Human rights council
• The human right council has been Not a place of conscience,but the place of politics.

• Faulty composition-veto power

• Political interests of super power
• Heartless role in global media
