• Welcome Kit to be distributed via State Head
DATA COLLECTION APPROACH

• Sales team will go & register the dealers & electricians
• FOS activities in RWAs
PROPOSED POINT STRUCTURE
• For Dealers- Slabs would be defined as per payout% on bulk purchases
• For Electricians- Scratch card in every Fan box “X%” on every fan sale
