Campaign Name : Monsoon Rewards

Campaign Duration : 1st July ’18- 30th September ’18

Ideation & Rewards : To create a rewarding Slab based booster


program for Quarter II FY18

CAMPAIGN PROCESS
• Agents would upload their policies on agent portal from 01st July to 30th Sep 2018
• After campaign closure we will announce the results after 1 week
• Redemption window would be opened for 15 days and agent would select the gift as per their achieved slab
• After redemption window get closed we would share the Formal PI with ITGI
• After receiving the payment against the rewards fulfillment the procurement would be initiated
• The products dispatch would be completed in next 3-4 weeks after receiving the payment

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Campaign duration would be from 01st July to 30th Sep 2018
• All policies registered within the given campaign period would be eligible for getting the rewards as per the assigned gift slabs
• All individual registered agents of Iffco tokio are eligible for participation in the campaign
• The benefits offered during the campaign would be apart form the ongoing Club VIP program benefits
• The gifts would be rewarded in the form of physical goods and e-vouchers only
• Gifts offered cannot be exchanged for cash at any point of time
• Gifts once redeemed cannot be cancel at any point of time
• Rewards window would be open after 15 days of campaign closure
• Agents cannot transfer, sell or assign the rewards to any other agent
• In case of electronic gift voucher, EGV redemption, EGV will be delivered to the member's email address as per mentioned on the CLUB VIP
website
• ITGI has the right to add, change or cancel any redemption option/ terms and conditions without prior notice at any point of time. ITGI also
reserves the right to cancel any redemption request on suitable grounds (like improper and incomplete address or product unavailability) and
will assign the higher or equivalent version of product redeemed
• ITGI reserves the right to interpret the program rules at its sole discretion
