This product will be sold initially in all markets and corners of Colombia,
according to the result of a zonal survey the consumer acquires this product
more frequently in major cities of the country, also at the time of exporting the
product to Panama, this has a large welcomed by consumers, giving a good

2 EXPORTATION PLAN
• The organization has trained personnel to import and export our Postobon
Appleto Panama, having a dense knowledge in sales and how to deal with
future buyers.
• Our company has the capacity to satisfy the demand in the new
international markets where we will export merchandise by land and sea
mode.
• Regarding the packaging of the Postobon Apple has a striking and orderly
labeling, which has its barcode so that at the time of completing the
customs processes for dispatch before the DIAN
• Our product will have advertising and marketing support, including
advertising media such as: Audiovisual and virtual propagandists with staff
who are in charge of this product potential, informing potential consumers
of our energizer, not just giving a tasting if not giving them complete and
accurate information about said product.
3 ROUTE TO THE MARKET
• Sell directly: we will use the commercialization outside a commercial
establishment of goods and services directly to the consumer, through the
personalized demonstration by a representative of our company. This last
aspect distinguishes the direct sale of the so-called distance sales, in which
there is no personal contact between the selling company and the buyer.
4 TRADE FAIRS
We will use commercial fairs in order that our product has the following
objectives:
 Achieve the sale of our energizer
Know the characteristics of the competition
Achieve a large number of contacts in a short time.
Know prices to achieve insertion in a market.
5 COMMERCIALIZATION
• Advertising: impersonal communication through graphic pieces that favor
the commercialization of our energizer
• CRM: Relational market, permanent communication with the client, by
means of formats and databases
• Sales promotion: we will use tactics to achieve rapid commercialization
• Merchandising: we will be a correct display of the product or service at the
point of sale.
• Public Relations: We will use scheduled events to get closer to the consumer

7 INCOTERMS
Our company will use the incoterms rules in order to establish a set of
international rules to avoid or diminish the uncertainty derived from the
distances interpretations of the commercial terms in the different countries. If

8 INSURANCE POLICIES
For the export of our product we will use a general tort liability insurance
policy, this in order to have insurance when transporting our energizer from
the Malambo plant in Colombia to Panama, which is its final destination
We will insure our merchandise of the following risks:

Accident of the transport vehicle Damage to load and unload
Landslides Floods
Fires
