The students involved in the sample artifact do have problems in their academic
ANNOTATION performance as being assessed by the teacher. They manifested a poor academic
performance in terms of output on the Modular Distance Learning that were
submitted every week. At the end of a quarter a remediation was made through
giving an elaborated learning material for a competency was given. The subject
students were able to achieve significant progress in the academic performance
and follow through by giving SIM where the students did answer independently.

Though we are not in a face to face set-up, I always make a

Some of my students don’t know to answer the module in

sheet so that they do the activity without any difficulty. I assured
