is somewhat what I am feeling now.
Butterflies in my stomach, but willing to
try something new with gusto!  Teachers,
although there continues to be a lot of
work to be done, let us face this school
year with a smile and a heart that desires
only for the best outcomes, not only for
our students, but also for one another!  If
God is for us, who can be against us?  Let

Management
System
 Learning competencies, according to DepEd, refer to the “knowledge,
understanding, skills, and attitudes that students need to demonstrate in
every lesson and/or learning activity.”
 The MELCs will enable DepEd to “focus instruction” on the most essential
and indispensable competencies.
 The MELCs is the teacher's roadmap to guide his/her instruction for SY
2020-2021.
 Here at HTAC, teachers place these in every powerpoint lesson
they teach to our students.

•4.  During this time of pandemic, observe proper protocol when
dealing with students.
•Steps to take:
• Make that the teacher is ready 10 minutes before class begins.
• Make sure that you are prepared to teach.
• Before you start the lesson, always remind the students regarding
the rules.
• If the student is misbehaving, alert the student through a private
message to refrain from disturbing others.
• Remain polite, patient and respectful at all times.
• After class, talk to the student through chat and have him fill up
an incident report.
• Do not raise your voice at the student.  Remain calm at all times.
Please provide a report and submit it to me so that I can also
counsel the student and talk to the parents if needed.
