Daily Activities
Using Bizom on regular basis. Attendance, EOD
updated regularly.
Dealer follow up for the payment and sales.
Regular touch with wholesaler and retailer.
Connected with dealer staff as to generate sales from
secondary market.
Competitors Activities
Magic, H-tiger, Sangrila will dispatch order.
Not asking about payment during lockdown but as
soon as market opens, the payment should me made
in case of Milano.
If order is generated, payment had to be made in case
of Magic.
Milano has provided full month salary of Baisakh for
their employee.
Problems
Sales is zero and the collection is also low.
Wholesale and retail shops are totally closed and some
Wholesale have made 5-10% of sales.
Lockdown is probable to become loose from 1 Ashadh.
