 Sales Rate Updation
 Accounts department provides the costing for products.
 For costing, request should be received before 24 Hrs.
 All costing requests should be through New Enquiry.
 After getting the price, need to send for price updation in the
specified format.
Employee Related Activities

 Reimbursements
 Processing the reimbursement claims submitted by each
employee.
 Accounts department will collect and processes the
reimbursement
 Salary
 On the last day of every month or 1st Working day of next
month salary will be processed
Employee Related Activities

 TDS on Salary
 Based on the employees investment plan tax will
be deducted on a uniform basis.

 Ensure that the tax deducted from salary is

adequate to cover the liability of the employee
salary taxation.

 Form 16 will be distributed after March for

employee tax returns
