Introduction
 Incubator can be defined as a mechanical device used in keeping
eggs at the right temperature and under the right period condition
starting from when they are laid to the hatching period.
 In order to meet high demand of poultry meat
 Mass production of meat at limited time

LITERATURE :

M. F. OMAR designed and fabricated a Smart Egg Incubator

Machine using Arduino UNO Microcontroller and Wifi Module.

* This machine works on the principles of the microcontroller.

*The technical specifications of SEIM consists of hatch, sizes.
weights, power, voltage and frequency are fixed in microcontroller.
*During candling, if detected the dead embryos, it need to remove
from Smart Egg Incubator.
*After conducting test the results shows the efficiency of hatching
eggs is 50 to 60 % .

Manoj Gupta designed and fabricated the Egg hatching incubator
using conveyor rotation system and also the microcontroller.

*The temperature and humidity adjustment were set

automatically according to the specifications determined by
users on the display monitor.
*Eggs were placed into the incubator once the temperature and
humidity are consistent.
* In test run, quail eggs were chosen as the sample to be
incubated. The test results upto 60 to 70 % of hatching the
eggs.

Gap in literature:

The available machines are complicated in design, very expensive, highly skilled
labour required, not easily transportable , not suitable for all types of eggs and expensive
components are used.

Therefore, the main idea behind doing this project is to modify and fabricate a machine
which is

• Very simple in design

• Low in cost
• All types of eggs can be hatched
• No skilled labour is required
• Fully automatically operated
• Used simple components
• Easily transportable
• User friendly

Aim:
To modify and fabricate the Automatic Egg Incubator Machine

Objectives:
The main objectives of our project are as follows:

1. To modify the existing egg incubator machine

2. To fabricate and test the modified egg incubator machine
