OBJECTIVES OF INTERNSHIP

 
While joining Daijex auto industries , I needed to learn as much as possible. I realized that an
entry level position is a chance to realize which helps us put the speculations we learnt in the
books into practice. It will help us fabricate our profession. It is the period when we will have the
capacity to prepare ourselves and get to be prepared to join this present reality and practically.
Amid the entry level position period, I had wanted to accomplish the accompanying objectives:
 
>To develop a good understanding about the marketing management.
>To develop a good understanding about the sales and online advertisement.
>To develop organizational skills to complete the project in a timely manner.
>To develop time management skills and complete the assigned task before the

Daijex auto industries was established in the year 1989 in delhi . a well
reputed firm which is a manufacturer and exporter of finished customized
goods for auto
industries. It has a huge client base in northern India. Using only premium
quality raw material , the products are set apart from the competition.
The infrastructure’s role is dominant in manufacturing process; therefore the
industry have well-established infrastructural facility that is spread over a
wide area supporting them to provide clients, finest quality product range.
Infrastructure is further carved up into assorted functional units such as
designing, manufacturing, quality, warehousing & packaging, sales &
marketing, etc. Entire units furnished with modern machines and latest
technology. Moreover, entire units perform on a close - coordination system
to perform smooth production

* To know about functioning process of the company.

* Various products and services offered by the company.

FINDINGS

The research was conducted to know effectiveness of Functioning


and marketing departement of Daijex Auto Industries from the
Observation made on both the Staffs and the present clients,
investigation was directed according to of their responses. In this
way, out of that, some imperative and helpful discoveries assembled
are as per the following:
* Dissecting the client by their age bunch we found that 25-40 age
gathering was the most who were the main customers of the
company. .
* It was also come into knowledge that most of the people got to
know about the company from internet & newspaper.
