Cearfully read the Operator Manual.
Please be sure to shut down the engine & unplug the key.
Please open the radiator cap after the engine has cooled down.

Raise the header to check the cleaning adjustment.
Pull out the safety lock of the feeder cylinder
Lock the cylinder as shown in picture for avoiding any incident due to
failure of hydraulic system.
 Check Before Use
Check if coolant is sufficient

Open the water tank cover & check the water level
Ratio of coolant & water - 50:50
Level of coolant in standby tank -
Specific amount of coolant between full & low indiacator
in standy by tank.

Check for the radiator ventilation Standby Tank

Use soft brush to clean the water tank grid dust &
miscellaneous.
 Check Before Use
Check for Engine oil level
Park the vehicle on a flat surface & pull the
engine oil dip stick.
Engine oil level shound be in between the limit
mark on the dip stick i.e. from 6 litr. to 9 litr.

Engine oil replacment schedule

First Replacement - After 50 hours

Regular Replacement - After every 300 hours.
Engine oil Qty. - 9 Litr.
Grade of Engine Oil - 15W40
 Check Before Use
Check for the Hydraulic oil
Park the vehicle on the flat surface.
Open the hydraulic oil reservoir cap
Check that the fluid level has reached the filter or
just below the filter.

Hydraulic oil replacement schedule

Firt replacement - After 50 hours
Regular Replacement - After every 300 hours of
running.
Hydraulic oil Quantity - 24 litr.
Grade of Hydraulic oil - 46 Antiwear
 Check Before Use
Check for Gear Box Oil
Park the vehicle on the flat surface.
At the left side of gear box, bolt painted with colour.
A - Inspectin port

B - Drain port
C - Oil filling port
Remove the bolt
Check for overflow
Add the oil if no overflow observes.

First replacement - After 50 hours

Regular replacement - After every 300 hours

Grade of Oil - 85W - 90
 Check Before Use
Speed control during operation

Harvesting Speed -
Working speed must be from 2300-2500
RPM to avoid clogged
2500 RPM

Unloading Grain -
Engine speed must be at 1500 RPM to
avoid causing blockage & auger damage.

Diesel filter cleaning & Replacement
Use the chain wrench (spare box).
Remove the oil filter cup.
Replace the filter element
Please apply a layer of oil on the O ring & hand tighten the filter.
Tighten it by using chain wrench.
Use the genuin filter for high perfromance.
 Check Before Use
Air precleaner filter cleaning

Remove the nut form the filter holder.

Gently remove the filter element.
Clean it with the compressed air.
If found any deformation & damage replace
the filter.

Cleaning - After every 50 hours

Replacement - After every 300 hours
 Check before use
Transmission & stearing rod joint inspection
Check for the play & loosening of joints.
Remove the play by tightening of threads.
Replace if play is more & not controllable.
 Check before use
Grain elevator chain tension
Check for the tension
If loose adjust by extending the idler for tensionin the chain.
Remove the link from chain if still loose.
Replace if there is accessive wear of the chain.
