Theory of Measurement
CMTD uses a strain axle to determine tension. (ID: 3012541)
Using the correct CMTD rollers (with wear within tolerance) is critical to maintain the angle the
cable makes against the strain axle.

Calibration for Tension Device Calibrator Yearly
(IT # 4862290): Always use the load cell and digital display together as
set, as they were calibrated. Otherwise the calibration performed
with different set of load cell and digital display will be wrong.
