INRODUCTION:

Fast Food:
 Over the past four decades, consumption of food eaten away from has
also risen alarmingly.
It is well known that eating out may lead to excess calorie intake and
increase the risk of obesity because of large portion sizes and energy
density of foods.
Calorie Intake:

o Increase in calorie intake and inadequate physical activity are the


leading factors of obesity.
o According to the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, the
intake of calorie in the population is increasing every passing year.
o The numbers have risen alarmingly in the past decade.

leading to abnormal weight.

Development of bad habits in youth:

 Fast food affect adult has but is worse in children and


youth.
 It leads people to obtain bad habits and develop serious

 Obese people eat little yet gain weight due to a slow
metabolism is limited.
 On any average, it may also leads to increased their body
mass.
Obesity:

 Obesity in all reality is a natural disease.


 People means who are being overweight.
 Obese people do not even know that they have something
wrong with them.
Metabolic Obesity consider being a metabolism
syndrome.
Syndrome: People do not really take being overweight
as serious as they should.
Obesity could bring other diseases into
action and depreciate their health.

likely to only have convenient stores near them.
 It is easy for families to buy food without having to
worry about travel money.
 Convenient stores are filled with junk food that are
loaded with sugar and empty calories.
