Update on the PNP Pensioner Online Accounting(PPOAS)

 Issues and Concerns

 For PKSK 1stQtr, many APBs has been localized ,reassign to other district, PHAU and
were not replaced right away to update PB. The PKSK focal person were also new in
the same manner that me and my single staff assumed mid of February 2021 luckily
thanks to our RD thru R1 to DS Four(4) Personnel by the last week of March 2021.
 Uncooperative Pensioner Buddy, Lockdown in other regions, abroad with no contact
number even for Virtual accounting, No specific addresses or change residence
prompting APB to declare them to be unlocated.
 Granular lockdown set by the LGUs preventing our APBs to account PBs in their homes
prior to the ECQ and the ECQ itself.
 While on the Online Accounting System some of the Active Pensioner Buddy (APB) and
Pensioners Buddy (PB) are not listed or appearing in the PNP Pensioner Online
Accounting (PPOA). (The PRBS POAS Tech Supp Comm VG was created to address this)
 Resistance on the part of PB to avail higher data subscription.
 Real time selfie from PPOA are not accessible to some mobile cellphone.
 Some Active Pensioners Buddy (APB) and Pensioners Buddy (PB) cannot log due to
password issue in PPOA.

 Way Forward

 To create tutorial Video and IEC materials in the GC and FB page of

RRBU NCR to guide Pensioner Buddy easy log in and Registration on
the PNP Pensioners Online Accounting System.
 Close Coordination with RPRMD/DPRMD/S1 to disseminate Online
Accounting to PB residing in their AOR.
 Timely Dissemination to all station PKSK Focal Persons of Updates
introduce in the System.
 To Regularly Update the DRDA( Regional Chairman of PKSK) on the
Progress of Pensioner Accounting as well for R1.
 Request for Inclusion of the DRDA in the Viber group of NCRPO
NEMSQ PKSK PPOA.
 To appeal to the D1 to require all PKSK focal persons to join PRBS POAS
Tech Support Comm VG so they easily communicate with the focal
person of other region to verify walk in PB availing online accounting.
