Vacufoils M

Brand New Development:

MTF Vacufoil Blades!

• Similar Concept like Varioline M, however much higher pulse

frequency!

•BENEFITS:
• very large drainage capacity
• improvement of sheet formation, flatness and smoothness

FIRST TIME USED WITH GREAT

SUCCESS AT A REBUILD IN THE
USA 5 Month ago!
Vacuum Analyzes

1. Measure the vacuum on each vacuum unit.

2. Measure or collect P&ID data to determine the
sizes of all separators, valves, and pipes in the low
vacuum system.
3. Measure the physical water handling capacity of
all low vacuum units (discharges and maximum
drop leg).
4. Determine the water removed by each vacuum
unit and the consistency ahead of each vacuum
unit.
5. Calculate the air flow and water flow velocities
through the entire system.

Water Separators and EVA Valves

Due to higher water removal rates, additional vacuum on most boxes;

all water separators must be sized properly

- to allow best separation of air and water

- to allow proper vacuum control
- and to allow equal vacuum in the drainage box!

- all HV EVA Valves are undersized for the additional requirements and need to be
upgraded in size.

- low vacuum EVA vales are ok, as long as all transmitters are in the correct range to give
precise vacuum feedback
