    Before we start with our virtual meeting, please be mindful of

    the following guidelines when attending synchronous session:

    1. As you join the meeting, put your microphones on mute.


    2. Chatbox is disabled during the meeting. If you have
    something important to share, clarify, or ask, you may click
    the “raise hand” button ONCE or simply raise your hand on
    screen.
    3. Turn on your microphones only when asked. Do not forget
    to turn it off again to avoid interruption and distraction.
    4. Always turn on your video during the synchronous classes.
