 Event Manager- The Event Manager is responsible for internal and external
planning and organizing events and meetings for the organization.
Maintain the calendar of events and implement a system and anticipates
long term planning and effective event management for the organizations
meeting.

 Assistant Event Manager- Serves as secretary of the event manager keeps

all the important documents, ensure all the files needed in the events are
updated and organize time to time, also responsible to collect all the final
decisions from the finance, marketing, food and beverage personnel of the
events.

 Food and Beverage Manager-responsible for seeking caterers that will

ensures the quality of food that will be served to the guests, getting guests
feedback about the food.
Job Description

 Finance/Auditor- His job is to audit the

financial and budget of the events.
Monitoring the budget if it is over or lack.

 Marketing/Promotion- His duty is to promote

our company services offers, the uniqueness
of our services. He is also responsible for
looking a future client.
