OWNER Business Owners operate their own companies and handle responsibilities such as creating business
plans, arranging financing, hiring staff, reviewing sales, developing marketing strategies, overseeing daily
activities, and identifying business opportunities.

CUSTOMER SERVICE This include phonecalls, email,messages and follow ups concerning product delivery

CASHIER Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or
recommendations. Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics. Balancing the cash
register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.

CHEF Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.Modify menus or create new ones that meet
quality standards.Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs.Supervise kitchen staff's
activities.Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.Recruit and manage kitchen staff.

CHEF ASSISTANT A chef assistant works under the supervision of a chef at a restaurant, cafeteria, catering company,
bakery or other food service establishment
