Individual Learning Monitoring Plan serves as the document
that will show if the learner has shown either mastery of the
learning competencies, significant progress, or insignificant
progress.

The Weekly Home Learning Plan shall aid teachers and parents in
keeping track of the day-to-day in school and off-school general
learning process as they implement the most suitable and feasible
alternative learning modality based on the context of the school. It
creates awareness among learners that they are responsible for what

As an assessment tool, a teacher made activity sheets were made by
teachers and is used to address the educative needs of our learners
amidst pandemic and to understand students’ previous knowledge, and
at the same time, they can be used to enable students to monitor the
progress of their own learning.

use their limited time in an efficient and effective manner. This
training may focus on issues such as grouping strategies, use of
volunteers and assistants, and differentiated instruction.

Yes. Through this LDM course I was able
to identify, manage, and sustain my
strengths and my weaknesses. This also
urges me to understand better the needs of
our learners and the most effective ways to
provide instructional assistance
considering their health and welfare as we
are facing new normal due to the COVID-
19 Pandemic.

Student Progress Monitoring is a practice that enables teacher to
understand what it is that a student is actually learning. And for the
student to receive feedback that can enhance their learning for the
teacher to address gaps in understanding and plan further learning.

The development of good relationships in the workplace have the
potential to improve the mood of employees, making them
subsequently more productive. Teachers may feel more connected to
the school if they develop relationships with their co-teachers.
