     Cosmo Films Limited is an Indian multinational corporation that manufactures bi-


    axially oriented polypropylene films (BOPP) for packaging, label, lamination and
    industrial applications.

     Average net profit of the company for last three Financial Years: INR 108.76 Cr.
     Prescribed CSR Expenditure (two per cent of the amount as in item 3 above) INR 2.18 Cr.
     Total amount spent for the financial year – INR 1.44 Cr.
     Amount unspent, if any : INR 0.74 Cr.
