INTRODUCTION
DISRUPTION
This is the era of disruption. Disruption is an innovation that
will replace the entire old system in new ways. Disruption has
the potential to replace old players with new ones. Disruption
replaces old, all-physical technology with digital technology
that produces something completely new and more efficient,
also more useful.
“Disruption replaces the 'old market' industry, and technology,
resulting in a new, more efficient and comprehensive. It is
destructive and creative!” said Clayton Christensen, professor at
Harvard Business School.

Three to nine percent of the world's leading products are the
result of innovation.
No one is unaffected by disruption. Exceptions can occur if you
are really smart to innovate, reshaping your business model in
new ways..
What happens once all the innovations are in place, but there are
still a lot of people left unreached? Isn't innovation aimed at the
prosperity of mankind? "Try a different way," advise experts.
And that's what the 21st century millennials are getting:

Thus, leader in an organization develops readiness of digital
transformation from the existing state to desired future state.
The gap that exists between present and future conditions
highlights the amount of transformation needed.
State for business it is difficult to achieve benefits of digital
transformation by only making change in one direction or by
adopting technology only. As there are thousands of potential
combination strategies available so focus by leaders and a
high degree of collaboration at the level of different
organisational strategies is required for digital transformation
initiatives.

Change is the normal state in the economic life of today. If it
concerns the implementation of new procedures, a new
process direction, changes inside the organisation,
restructuring, fusions or the implementation of a new
operating system: Every day executives see themselves
confronted with this challenge: create and implement

Change processes take place at two levels, the strategic- and
the emotional level. While companies pay attention to the
strategy- and management level in the change processes, they
neglect the emotional level of their employees with regards to
the acceptance assurance of the changes. In order to reach
emotional acceptance, the communication of the goals and
consequences of the changes for all aggrieved parties is
essential.
