On behalf of the Infinix Group, It is my privilege and honour to invite the world’s fastest growing sports
company – The PUMA Group to consider setting-up Bangalore’s Corporate office in our proposed built-to-
suit located in the heart of the IT Hub on the main ITPL road just 200 meters away from the proposed Metro
Station. in close proximity to many IT Parks, Malls, Hospitals, Hotels and Restaurants.

The Infinix Group is committed to deliver a customized state of the art built-to-suit office warm structure
with provision to showcase the brand of PUMA on its exterior façade in a manner like never before.

Also, As we have an Approved Plan Sanction by the relevant Authorities, our proposal is to jumpstart the
construction and target to complete the warm structure within 12 months. by a combination of RCC and Dry
cladding in adherence to the National Building Code.

We are offering approx. 1,20,000 Sft of built-up area with over 150 car-parks and a provision for a Terrace
Garden Café with a lightweight Steel Structure at the roof top.
