Evidence: Society as I see it

“You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that
makes the existing model obsolete” Buckminster Fuller

For this evidence, you have to read the following situation and create a video answering the questions
below. In the answer for question 7, you will be required to use the future perfect and the future perfect
progressive. You will find a model sentence below the questions.

Situation:

An area in your country has been selected to be part of a social experiment: the creation of a new nation.
You have been chosen to design it. Answer the following questions to describe your plan.
1. What political system will the country have? Explain why that system and not any other.
I would like a political system where men and women can participate equally, contributing their ideas and that
they can be heard. A country where people's way of thinking is respected and where respect for life is the priority

2. What benefits will the country have for the elderly?

Older people bring us wisdom and experience and thanks to them we are where we are, so they would have
places of leisure, priority in medical services, and there would be care programs for those who do not have a
family.

3. What industries will your country try to develop?
Rather than developing industry, the first thing it would do would be to clearly regulate public services where
people with fewer resources are benefited and it would create financial aid for those who need it.
Better care will be given to the animal sector, subsidies will be created to help animal protectors and a strong
hand will be held with those who mistreat animals

 4. Will you give a subsidy to the unemployed?

A pay will be created for the unemployed as long as they have worked and contributed to social security for an uninterrupted
year and they will have a percentage that will be 4 months per year worked in those 4 months, they must find a job to be
entitled to this service again

5. What type of immigration policy will there be?

We will have more control. All foreign citizens must register when arriving in the country without exception, and will have to pay
taxes as we do nationals, they will have a life of 6 months where they can remain unrestricted for 3 months.

6. What policies will you implement in education and health?

In terms of Education, it will be free for all citizens, both primary, high school and university and there will be special programs
for single mothers and single fathers. And a special bonus will be given to companies that hire vulnerable people such as the
elderly, mothers and fathers who are heads of households. Places where they can have their children will be created within
