    Dear Mr. Sharma, I am writing to request an update on the project assignment I was promised during my internship. I have now completed two weeks, but have yet to be allocated a real project. While my fellow interns have begun field work on their respective projects, I have only assisted with classroom sessions and documentation.     Dear Mr. Sharma,
    I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am currently into the 2 nd week of the internship, but I have not been
    assigned to any real project yet. Till now I have only been attending the classroom sessions by Mr. Singh and have been
    helping him with the documentation works. While most of my fellow trainees have already involved in the field works
    of their corresponding projects, I am awaiting my project allocation yet.

    Longer the delay, lesser the time would be left for me to finish the project within the deadline, after which I would need
    to return immediately to the campus for the next semester classes.

    It is my sincere request to you to look into this grievance and do the needful hopefully soon. Also, I assure you that I
    will take immediate action for any discrepancy identified at my end. Awaiting your response at the earliest.
