EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
 Systematic training programme for the growth and development of
employees.

 Need to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes.

 In this report the evaluation of training effectiveness is studied, examined


and analyzed with reference to BIL, Rudrapur.

 During the study, it was found that the organization is concerned about the
performance of its employees and imparts proper training.

 Certain recommendations have also been proposed for the formation of an


effective training programme.
OBJECTIVES

To analyze the existing training

To study the frequency of training practices,

MINOR training methods and recommend certain


measures for improvement.

To analyze the satisfaction level amongst the

To suggest alternatives for improvement.
INTRODUCTION
Training refers to the efforts made on the part of the trainer who facilitates learning to the trainee (employees)
to increase skills, knowledge and perfection in a specific task for efficiency, economy and satisfaction.

Effective training is a planned organizational activity.

Effective training is a response to the identified needs.

Effective training is the learning experience.

CONCLUSION
The training imparted meets the objectives like:

 Effectiveness of the training programme and its impact on the performance of


employees is good.

 It assists the employees in acquiring knowledge, skill and attitude required to


perform their task in a much better way.

 Motivates the employees and helps them in avoiding mistakes.

It is quite clear that the development of human resource is possible through


proper and effective training programme. A planned and well designed training
programme always proves to be an effective management tool.
