PERT / CPM Example

The maintenance planner had received a work order pertaining to a 50 hours engine inspection task card for a helicopter with
the following contents as per AMP.
1. Run up the helicopter engine - 4 hours, then drain the engine oil - 12 hours.
2. Prepare the aircraft for inspection by removal of the engine cowlings and other panels - 8 hours
3. Perform Lycoming Service Bulletin 1080 for some maintenance items that will need special attention - 3 hours
4. Perform Lycoming Service Bulletin 366 for carburetor throttle body screw inspection - 1 hour
5. Perform Lycoming Service Bulletin 388 for condition determination exhaust valve and guide - 1 hour
6. Perform Lycoming Service Bulletin 480E for oil and filter change, oil filter screen change , and oil filter and screen content
inspection - 4 hours
7. Return Cowlings and panels - 4 hours
The Client is asking for the total time estimation of the work?
