from budget allocated under the head of “Training and Education”.

 Brief History – HBB SMBB Trauma Centre Civil Hospital
 Space handed over by MS Civil Hospital at Surgical Ward No. 6 on February 18, 2020
 
 Quotations obtained from five (5) contractors, based on quality and financial effect contract was awarded to M/s. Khawaja
Associates on March 10, 2020 amounting to Rs.3,875,000 (including 7.5% Income Tax).
 
 Work has been abandoned as the said space declared Covid Isolation Ward by Sindh Health Department. At that time we had paid
an amount of Rs.1,743,750/- to Contractor.
 
 Correspondence and meetings held with Health Minister & Population Affairs Sindh during April to September 2020 regarding the
space for HBB Civil.
 
 Last meeting held on September 11, 2020 with Health Minister & Population Affairs Sindh to allocate the space at Trauma Centre.
 
 New space allocated at Trauma Centre Parking Area (5 th floor) on October 1, 2020
 
 Based on previous quality of work contract awarded to M/s Khawaja Associates on October 5, 2020 amounting to Rs.6,300,000/-.
 
 Construction work has been completed
