identified the problem of playground and found
that. There is huge opportunity to start a
playground rent service in Dhaka city.

 the number of playgrounds is insufficient
compared to the population of Dhaka. People of
84% areas of Dhaka city are deprived of
playground facility.
 For 21 million people of Dhaka City, at least
1680 playgrounds are required, Every 12,500
persons require 1 playground
Feasibility Analysis:
 We choose sports industry for our rent business.
Because, after conducting analysis of variables
of industry attractiveness, we found that industry
is favorable (85%) for our business to enter the
